An exceptionally clean and spacious room in a quiet and green area outside Colombo. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable, which made for a restful night. There was a fridge and small kitchen area in the room, with a kettle, cups, plates, and basic utensils. The room had a TV, fan, and air conditioner. The bathroom is modern, with a lovely hot and cold walk-in shower. Soap and shampoo were provided. There was a large lounge and dining area separate to the sleeping area, available for my use. There was also a lovely veranda / balcony off the bedroom, with a table and 2 chairs to sit on. Gayathri was friendly and welcoming, and we had a lovely discussion upon my arrival. Breakfast is provided, but I left too early in the morning to enjoy this lovely addition.

Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting, reflects a perfect balance between modern comfort and timeless local charm. The staff were exceptional – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. It felt like staying with friends who truly care about your experience. I can’t recommend this place enough – a beautifully curated space with outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back if have a chance!

Very unique boutique hotel outside of town. Every room is different and the staff was very accommodating. Wish I had time to enjoy the pool and steam room

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Sayura House offers accommodation in Colombo, 3.5 km from Asiri Surgical Hospital. Free private parking is available on site. Staff were lovely, welcoming and very helpful. Great place for a layover in Colombo or longer. The hotel was very accommodating and helped us with our onward travels to the south as well.
