Absolutely lovely stay at Munril Guest! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with both air conditioning and a fan. The villa itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and green setting just a few minutes by tuk-tuk from the city center, a perfect balance of quiet and convenience. The facilities are excellent, but what really stands out is the incredible friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. They even offered free rides to local sights, which was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaffna!

This is such a lovely, comfortable place to stay. Jaffna hospitality! Beautiful house and grounds, large, comfortable room. Ravi and Kandiah graciously respond to all requests. We ended up eating not only breakfast at home but most dinners as well. Highly recommend.

This was an enchanting stay in a residential suburb not too far outside of the main Jaffna city. The house is 150 years old, and it does feel like staying in an old mansion - with the giant keys and fancy doors. The guesthouse owner was very kind and helpful, and made me delicious food for dinner. He also assisted with laundry for no charge. There is no heated water, but there is a built in "fountain" in the wall, which added to the old-timey feeling.

Nice services, with possibility of getting an abundant and tasty breakfast, laundry, and information about tours and activities. And what made the difference: Dylan was a great host, who adapted a lot to our logistic needs (including a last-minute extension), and both him, his dad, and Hilda took great care of us during our stay - Hilda took us with her on Pongal day, a Hindu celebration that took place during our stay. It was a very special day in their other guesthouse with also very kind Raj & team there, where we got to participate a lot and taste amazing food. Many thanks to all D's and team!
