The bed is big and comfortable, the air con is good and the shower had great water pressure. The location is great for getting around Sigiriya, and everyone working here was lovely.

He drove us with his tuk tuk to walk Pidurangala for the sunrise, and also to Dambulla cave temple and Lion rock. We joined the cooking class our first evening, and it was very nice and great food. Would recommend this place.

After somewhat difficult arrival because of the night rain and small car we had :-) we were kindly welcomed by our nice host Kumari, with whom we had an really interesting evening conversations during our stay. The room is nice and equipped. The breakfast was very good, freshly prepared, with local specialities. Located in a small settlement inside the jungle, one can really enjoy the nature around - and visit Sigiriya and surroundings.

This place was incredible. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous and due to the heavy rain when we visited we spent a lot of time drinking tea and sitting on the covered porch. The hosts were very attentive and available but not over bearing. They gave us tuk tuk rides at a good price to pidurangala rock and Sigiriya rock. The room was spotless and so comfortable. We’ve been in Sri Lanka now for 2 weeks and this was our favourite accommodation.

We had a fabulous 3nights at Yashi's place which is set in a beautiful garden and is very quiet and relaxing. Harsha and his family are wonderful kind hosts and can help organise anything you need for transportation around Sri Lanka and booking tours etc. Each morning a very generous Sri Lankan breakfast is served with lots of variety and home cooked evening meals are available on request. We highly recommend.

We loved the stay where it was set - it was in the back of a house in a farm owned by a very warm family with 2 cute children. Very rustic and raw setting, exactly what we wanted. It felt like we are staying in a forest amidst the trees and forest life. The hosts are really lovely people. They were warm in every interaction. Every step of the way, they interacted very warmly with us and even dropped us at the town once for free. They dropped us back into the down at the time of check out. Provided delicious food even at short notice. The food was exceptional. I was blown away by the taste. We were served Traditional Sri Lankan meals for Dinner and Breakfast for 2 days. We loved every bit of it. This is exactly what we missed during our previous stays and was extremely satisfying and gratifying to eat tasty and local food from a warm family. We also loved that a young girl from the hosts family explained us the food of what it is and how we should eat them prior to our meal. Very cute! Bathroom was really good. We loved that there are many plants inside the bathroom. We strongly believe that many Indian families (especially couples) will love this stay.

This the best stay which you can choose in Dambulla city! The hotel is located in a walk distance from the main road between the rice fields. You will have peace and nature around you. The rooms are great and clean with all necessarcy equipment (hair dryer, hot water, towels etc.). The staff is excelent and really helpful - they will organize everything you need. It’s worth to mention about their restaurant- big portions, delicious food and great prices. If you planning to visit Sigirya/Polonnaruwa - again ask the host. They know the really nice guy with tuk tuk who transport you, show you hidden spots and tell a lot about the neighborhod. As always in a really good price.
