We all loved our stay with Thomasha and his family, they were all lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Thomashas wife even made us a delicious curry and rice for dinner. The building and rooms were all super colourful and cute. Brilliant location to experience a smaller local village but still able to access lots of nearby attractions

Mailagama Cinnamon Residence se encuentra en Kataragama, a 21 km de Situlpawwa y a 22 km de Tissa Wewa. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis. The property was well maintained and managed well from all aspects. The staff was very helpful especially mr. Inbarajah. They also helped us cook our own vegetarian food at a separate place near dining area.

Lake Front Yala Safari se encuentra en Kataragama, a 18 km de Tissa Wewa, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. The hosts were very good and accommodating of all our requests. Room was very big and comfortable, and a great budget stay.

Sam's Stay Buduruwagala se encuentra en Wellawaya, a 39 km de Puente de los Nueve Arcos, Demodara, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. The room was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were delightful, extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely return.

White Square Home-stay se encuentra en Wellawaya, en la región de Distrito de Monaragala, a 35 km de Puente de los Nueve Arcos, Demodara. We had an excellent stay at this lovely homestay. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding — we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and they were happy to prepare anything we requested. The property has a beautiful balcony where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. It truly feels like a hidden gem. They have just three rooms, which makes the stay peaceful, private, and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm hospitality and a relaxing getaway.

Nobel Regency se encuentra en Bibile, a 46 km de Parque Nacional Maduru Oya, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. A bit hard to find, behind some shops and apartments, you have to go under the building through, well, a short tunnel really. Maps is fairly accurate so just look for a gap in the building. On the other side is an old house which is the Nobel Regency which should have seemed "hemmed in" by the apartments, but it wasn't as it is set in lovely gardens with many plants. It's an old house with old furniture, retro but very comfortable. Multiple common areas both inside and outside. I had a very big room with a huge bathroom which was original to the house and dated, a bit of a time-warp really, but very clean and perfectly comfortable. Good a/c and fan. Hot water and good water pressure. Comfortable bed. I was hot and tired from my motorbike journey and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They bought me a welcome drink. After I had showered, I asked for tea and a snack, and they bought me fruit and then tea and cake on the verandah. Nothing was too much trouble. I sat and read a book and they kept checking that I was comfortable and had everything that I wanted. I did notice that one of the rooms was small because they had added an en-suite bathroom in a sort of prefabricated unit inside the room. That seemed a bit unusual. But I suppose it is perfectly functional. It is an inexpensive place to stay. Very good Sri Lankan curries and rice dinner, fruit and dessert. Breakfast was also very good. This was a perfect choice for me. I didn't explore the town as I was only on a stopover for one night, and I left early the next morning. It was very comfortable with good food and fantastic hosts.

We had a lovely stay here! The staff was absolutely welcoming and the room was very comfortable. We were greeted with a warm cup of tea, it was wonderful :) Their large garden is a great space to chill, and they also have a book exchange! Thank you :)

Forest Tree Top Holiday Resort está a 36 km de Templo de Kataragama y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, jardín, terraza y bar. Beautiful experience, staying on Bhathiyas family farm. Location is remote, so perfect place to take in the area, Safari, eat, relax. All the food made by his Mum was amazing! Would highly recommend for anyone that was to be off grid!
