We were travelling with a toddler and so, pre booked an airport return transfer. This was €35 euro return and made for a very safe and easy journey.

I wish I had taken down their names, because every single staff member — from reception to housekeeping — was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. My parents and I felt so warmly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. This hotel is truly a gem — a perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

We were visiting from Australia and Noor initiated contact while we were still home. I was able to organise a visit to a Hammam, a cooking class on site and a tour of a rug store. Noor also organised a walking tour when we got to the riad. The riad itself is stunning, with lots of thoughtful features, including the lovely day bed by the pool. The staff, including Mohamed, Wiam, and Sameera made us feel like family. We hope to come back again one day!
