The outdoor space is excellent and the kitchen is functional and clean. The house is just a couple blocks from the beach, conveniently located. The owner is kind and helpful. There are free umbrellas to borrow for the beach. The beach is clean and gorgeous.

The little cabin was just for us, with a super comfortable bed, beautiful views, and waking up there felt like a dream. The breakfast was very complete and prepared with so much care, and every day it was different, offering a nice variety. The attention and hospitality were unbeatable, truly a 10 out of 10 experience. It was a real pleasure, and we would definitely come back. We were also able to park easily, and they kindly let us plug in our hybrid car to charge.

Tọa lạc ở Vieux Port, Nice, John Homestay Room in Nice có điều hòa và ban công nhìn ra thành phố. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, with a lovely balcony, well equipped kitchen and nicely located close to the port and the old town, it took us around 20 minutes to walk to the main beach. Jonathan is a very friendly host, our stay at his appartment added to the overall amazing vacation in Nice.

The appartment is located on the groundfloor of a 200 years old building, with Sonja and her family (plus friendly & well educated dogs) living also in the other half of the GF. Nice, cosy, garden, to rest, serve breakfast or just relax in warm evenings. We've chosen to have also breakfast served in the garden and it was just perfect. The appartment is stylish, nicely decorated, contains also pictures drawn by Sonja. Speaking several languages, our wonderfull host is a nice person to talk to, have a chat and offers a lot of useful info's. The house is just 150 m from the Molinard museum and parfumerie, and in walkable distance (10-15 min) to the city center, with some nice restaurants (plus International Parfume Museum and Fragonard & Galimard and Shopping street.)

From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.
