Locality, so close to 'walking only' areas of Valletta and where ferries leave for Gozo & Comino. Staff (especially Vlado and Max) incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions on important historical sites to see. Breakfast is all home baked on site and was superb.

The owner of the guesthouse went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I completely missed the check-out time (which is earlier than most hotels) and it was no issue at all. I wasn't pressured to leave or charged. I also asked for a late check-out as my flight was very late but instead he offered me a place to take a shower and charge my phone for free before my flight. The owner loves this place and being a host and you can really feel it. Definitely recommend 100%
