It's located very close to the centre, but in a very peaceful area.The internet connection was good and there was a bunch of cool places around to eat or drink something. Teresa was very nice, welcoming amd helpful. Totally recomnended!

We had a lovely stay at Habitación Cozumel... the room itself was very comfortable with a nice patio and all the basic appliances needed in the kitchen. We found the bed comfortable and Julio was an excelent host! He helped recommend some great local places to eat and also some beautiful places to see around the island.

We went by mistake in an other hotel we arrived late which was definitely not easy for the staff, and yet they were so nice and understanding about it :) the room we got was all we could asked for, practical, clean and the location is great !you are like 3 blocks from the main road and the coast, nice cosy restaurants all around in such a secure environment. You can rent scooters too which I do recommend so easy and practical to get around.
