Located in Damai, Nanga Damai Homestay features a garden and terrace. Among the various facilities of this property are a shared lounge and a bar. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Nanga Damai!! It is the perfect spot to explore Taman Nagara Santubong National Park, the Pamai Rainforest, and Bako National Park! Hosts Emily and Willis are wonderful — great recommendations, fun conversation, and free rides in the local area! The home stay itself is beautiful with birds and monkeys visible from the pool! Delicious free breakfast included and super cheap laundry services. Such a wonderful place… we can’t wait to return!!

Situated in Mulu, Mulu Village offers accommodation with a patio. The homestay offers a terrace. It is 2.4 km to Mulu National Park. The nearest airport is Mulu Airport, 2.6 km from Mulu Village. We had the best time! The owners are very reliable and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is very calm, we could enjoy the jungle and meet other travelers

Sherine and Jeffrey are the best hosts you can have. They are very kind people. They helped un sort out the bus from Sandakan/Sepilok to Kota Kinabalu as you can not book it online, only in Sandakan bus station. They also helped us with other things like the laundry or recomendations of restaurants and made our stay more comfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and so is the bathroom, which has separate shower and toilet (best shower in Malaysia so far). They have things you may need like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel, etc. There are snacks for guests and you also can buy drinks and instant noodles if neccesary. Thank you so much for your kindness, we are very very grateful!!!!

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The bed is cozy. I really love the environment. It only takes less than 5 minutes from the cabin to the main roads and to pekan Kundasang. No heavy traffic. There is also a nearby mini restaurant that sells Kundasang famous barbeque honey chicken wings. The aunty probably the owner of the cabins was really friendly and nice, Overall, i really love this place and would like to stay here again.
