Loved my stay. The room was basic but perfectly functional and very clean. Great location and very friendly staff. I originally booked the room with the shared bathroom (it was always clean and only shared with one other room). Due to becoming ill I asked if I could switch to a room with a private bathroom and pay the extra, this was arranged very quickly and the team even offered to get me medicine if i needed it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Em George Town, a cerca de 2,4 km de Northam Beach, Cocoa Mews Cafe and Homestay apresenta um salão partilhado, quartos não fumador e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. What a difference a staff that actually cares can make. This is a small place with only a few rooms that has not been renovated to cram as many beds as possible in tiny box rooms for maximum profit, but a very chill home with a great vibe and staff that make you feel like part of the family. King Arthur was so helpful and sweet during our stay. The free breakfast changed everyday and always some great local food, not just butter/toast/jam (which is also available 24/7) And of course the cats were sweet and nice to play with, and if you let them, they will sleep in your room with you to enjoy the AC. They had a groupchat to let everyone know what events were happening in town and recommendations for food or day trips. And as many would like to know, soft comfortable mattress and hot water!

We had an amazing time at Sea Lion. Not only were the hosts friendly and made us feel at home, but the house itself was very clean, and had everything we needed. Birdy (the resident cat) was also very sweet. The location was nice and quiet, being a bit out of town (but only a 20-40 minute bus ride away, depending on traffic). There were quite a few popular restaurant areas near the house. Great place to stay, would 10/10 recommend!

This place was so peaceful. It felt super secluded, but still with the comforts of being near beach and city, (and for example easy to order grab to). It was the perfect getaway between all the different fruit. We used the common areas a lot, as they were really nice to relax in, but our chalet was also really nice and comfortable. We used the bikes provided to take a trip through the rice paddies to the beach. We walked the hike up to the Thai restaurant with the great view. But we mostly relaxed on the beautiful property, reading, chilling, playing games. The hosts are really kind and it was nothing but a pleasure to stay with them. Really helpful and fun people.
