I've been to Penang several times now, and Tony's Guesthouse has quickly become my absolute favorite place to stay. I will always keep coming back here 😁 The atmosphere is so quiet, relaxed, and peaceful – a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of George town. It's ideally located near the national park, along with other amazing non-city attractions, making it a great base for exploring the more serene side of the island. What really makes this place stand out are the hosts. They are incredibly lovely, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. They offer thoughtful touches and provide everything you need to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From local tips to extra amenities, they have thought of it all. I can't recommend Tony's Guesthouse enough – it’s a perfect blend of tranquility, convenience, and top-notch service. If you're looking for a peaceful place away from the city... This is the place to go!

Great location, close to wall painting street and Kimberly night market. So nice host of hospitality helps us a lot. The room with high ceiling gives us space for luggage, pretty good! The hotel also offers coffee, tea, hot/cold water and bread, which is very considerate. I will come back again next time

Em George Town, 2,4 km de Northam Beach, Aayu Melayu - George Town Penang fornece quartos com ar condicionado e um salão partilhado. It is rare to receive such a warm, hospitable welcome. The hosts received us with activities suggestions, maps of local sights and eateries and were open to accommodating our extra needs. The location was really convenient on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the main area. Cozy hip coffeeshops are right on the corner as well as places preferred by Georgetown locals. Key destinations such as Armenian street or famous jetis are also very conveniently close. The shared spaces and rooms are beautifully designed with a minimalistic approach. The room and facilities were particularly clean and we would surely stay here again!

Living in a traditional building is a special experience. The room is very cozy, especially the bed. After a long, tiring day, the bed helps us relax. The location is excellent, allowing us to walk to all the famous landmarks.

Just on the beach, nice livingroom, porch and outside dining area. You hear the waves. Great place for grab to deliver local breakfast. Rooms are nice, light colours, clean, easy check in. Host allowed us to use his washingmachine. Price was ok. Would return. Taxis are cheap so it is easy to get to whereever you need to be.

Rooms are clean and cozy, but the lack of a window does feel suffocating sometimes. shared bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is complimentary and there are several snacks available in the kitchen for the guests. Common areas are clean as well. There are beautiful friendly cats at the stay, so please bear in mind about cat hair and allergies if you do stay there. Howie and Amit were wonderful hosts, spent time talking to us, telling us what we can do around georgetown and penang. Howie sends updates in the Whatsapp group about places we can visit and rent scooters from, which was very helpful. All in all, a wonderful experience. We loved Howie's energy! Thank you so much again. Would definitely stay again.

Sea Lion by the beach localiza-se a alguns passos de Praia de Tanjung Bungah e dispõe de um jardim, um salão partilhado e acomodações com ar condicionado, pátio e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito. the owners are the most kind and helpful people you can find. they make you feel you are home ☺️☺️ they are the best. and last but not least “Buddy” their cat is so beautiful!!

Nature Fruit Farm - Private Estate localiza-se em Balik Pulau, a 18 km de Queensbay Mall, e fornece acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado gratuito, um jardim e um salão... Overall ambience is really awesome. They decorated the place with lots of old school furniture and little antics. Has a nice kampung feeling. Hosts were really friendly and accommodating! I would say they really put heart and soul into the place! I really like the fruit orchard it is a nice walk and also the communal areas are very cosy. If you like the sound of nature and quiet from the city this is the place for you. Complementary tea and coffee provided.
