We’re from Singapore and heard about Chrisenbel Hideaway Retreat through our friends. After experiencing it ourselves, we can definitely see why this place is becoming so popular! Despite being in the heart of Petaling Jaya, it offers such a peaceful and relaxing environment that makes you feel like you’re on a tropical getaway. The owner, Laura, is incredibly welcoming, and Anwar is always around to help. The facilities are clean, the pool is perfect for unwinding, and the overall vibe is calming. We can’t wait to come back!

Good location, walking distance to putrajaya sentral and masjid putra. Easy to go to KLIA airport. The house is super clean, bed very comfortable. Host super friendly, they will introduce everything to you and show you around. Feel like back to home. Putrajaya is a clean, quiet, garden like city, perfect for leisure walking tour. Will definitely come back again.

First a special mention to the owner, who’s such a warm and friendly person! I also met her husband at checkout, and they were both so kind. The room is thoughtfully equipped with hangers, mirror, multiple power outlets, even a washbasin, slippers, electric kettle, snacks… I love when room is simple yet so well equipped, and you have everything you need👍🏼 With three bathrooms shared and five bedrooms, it actually feels like having your own private bathroom. Combined with the central location, it’s a great value for money! Petronas Towers are just 1 metro stop away and Central Market 3 stops away. The common area also has a fridge and washing machine. The only suggestion I’d give is to add a softer and lower pillow, as the ones provided were a bit too hard and high for me. Despite a short stay, I loved how quiet the neighbourhood is while being in the center, and you get to experience living in a typical Malaysian house! I’d definitely come back and recommend.✨

Hiroshi was an amazing host. He showed and recomended so many places to go in KL and also in the neighbourhood of the stay. The location is perfect is you want to experience some local life in the city. It’s quiet, but also has night markets, shops, laundry, basically anything you need in walkable distance and you can reach the city center in 30 min. The house was also perfect with the Hello Kitty design, and it is very well equipped. You can use the sauna and the pool also for free. There is a hotspring nearby, which is highly recomended. If you planning to stay for a day or for longer in KL, this is a great choice:)
