Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. close walk to namobuddha so you can try to catch the goings on at all hours of the day if you wanted to. food was EXCELLENT and some of the best pakodas i've never had in my life. owner and family area kind and always there willing to answer questions with a smile.

I stayed in Nirvana Kuti following the recommendation of Linda, a wonderful woman that I met in Delhi airport. She was indeed accurate: Nirvana Kuti is such a beautiful accomodation, comfortable, clean and pretty new. It was easy to feel home. Besides the comfort of the room, with a big, warm bed, with views to the temple just in front of the house, it is located just a few steps from Durbar square, in a very calm street. I slept extremely well and woke up to the beautiful views. Life is magical and I met Bobby, the owner of Nirvana Kuti, even before my stay. He kindly offered me a ride to Nirvana Kuti, and he made it very easy for me to feel home. Even more, he also allowed me to stay a bit longer because my bus was leaving in the evening. I appreciate Bobby's kindness and the beautiful taste in which the house is built. It is both comfortable and stylish, and the location couldn't be better. Thank you Bobby for making of my last days in Kathmandu (for this time) a beautiful experience and see you next time ♡

With city views, Laxmi Homestay with main square view is situated in Bhaktapur and has a restaurant and room service. The property has quiet street views and is 200 metres from Bhaktapur Durbar Square and 12 km from Patan Durbar Square. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I chose this homestay based on previous comments and they were not lying. You couldn’t hope for a better host than Navin. He doesn’t do it for business but for the pleasure to welcome and share his culture, and you can trully feel it. I got to spend 3 dinners with his family, he showed me his yoga/meditation routine and he took me with him for all the prayers/ceremony in the early morning (+many teas and talks). All of that in just one day! The homestay is PERFECTLY located, there is a rooftop and hot shower. The dorm is quite small but beds are comfy, with curtains, own fan and power socket. If you want to expérience the local life, you have your place.

Offering a garden and garden view, Jungle Crown Organic Homestay is located in Nagarkot, 10 km from Bhaktapur Durbar Square and 18 km from Boudhanath Stupa. It is set 20 km from Pashupatinath and offers bicycle parking. Free private parking is available and the homestay also provides car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Definately will go back next time we are in nepal. The family was really nice and welcoming my daughter played with their daughter sometimes. It is in a perfect location, for example if you ride the local bus for a little bit then you will end up in the city of nagarkot to do the panoramic hiking trail. Just a short walk from the home stay is the suspension bridge and if you walk just a little longer you will find a beautiful waterfall. One last thing, this is only an opinion, but they had a dog that my daughter really loved.

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The guest house has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. I cannot be more grateful for the friendly and helpful staff that I met in Tise. The atmosphere in the hotel is great. Common room with a park view exceeded my expectations. They also have an amazing SPA attached with a discount for guests.
