After almost one month travelling we found this amazing homestay where we felt like home and had some of our best days in this incredible country. It's been truly a gift to find this beautiful family, the accommodation is just perfect with stunning views of the valley and the monastery, the room is super cute and very comfortable, and the food is delicious. Namobuddha and surroundings are very interesting and peaceful, we came for 2 days and stayed 5! This kind of place remains forever in the heart and its memory will draw a smile on your face when you'll think of them. Thank you to all the family! We'll come back!

Fantastic hotel with superfriendly and welcoming staff. Amazing view from te rooftop terrace, so breakfast there is a must. Also good food available at the restaurant.

Our window view was of a temple, and you are literally two blocks from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The room had charging plugs right near the bed, and each room is its own floor so the bathroom — adjacent — is private. There is a water dispenser and a kettle on each floor as well. Bobby suggested that we use the roof are to dry clothes, but he also provides a clothespin rack inside (it’s monsoon season). Bobby was super helpful — met me at the airport, showed us where to change money, helped us buy umbrellas, booked our Tourist bus to Pokhara, arranged for a taxi pickup, and each was a value-for-money experience. He let us store our luggage for our days away for a small fee. The room is only fan-cooled, but I’d gladly put up with the “a little steamy” for the location and the support.

Had an amazing stay at this guest house. If you are looking for a place that feels like a home, relaxing and in an area of Bhaktapur with less tourists I highly recommend you come here. Not to mention that Shekhar is such a great hosts that will show you around and give you cool tips. Thanks mate!!

I had amazing time and experience in this home stay. I stayed in small plywood hut with comfortable bed, toilet and fan, just right in the forest and i loved it. Facilities is very simple but it so quiet and relaxed, best for nature lovers. The owner is very kind and helpful, helped me to bring up and down to homestay my scooter, as the road was steep and im not experienced on these roads. The food was delicious. Also on Saturday its a lot of people going to waterfall and bridge, can be a bit loud, but other time this private place is a paradise for solitude. I very appreciated the hospitality of the owner and really recommend this place for get away.

She was very helpful, courteous and extremely patient. Was proactive with her helpful tips to explore Khatmandu. Their house is very warm and had friendly vibes and the room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and had everything one could ask for. Definatly would recomed it to anyone travelling to Thamel, specially lady solo travellers.
