We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sand House. The location was great, super easy to get to with a sedan, and it's right at the end of the dunes, so it was a nice walk to see the sunset. The rooftop was a lovely place to just take in the views and enjoy the sunrise. The house had all the amenities/facilities you need. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had everything you'd need to cook/have a meal. The pool! We enjoyed night swimming/taking a dip in the pool, which was nice and refreshing amidst the desert heat. Special thanks to Camarol, who was fantastic from pre-check in until check out. The entire house was absolutely spotless, he patiently answered all our questions, and made us the most delicious breakfast. Wish we stayed longer, but definitely pinning this location for the future!

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

Private Room in Sur House localiza-se a 43 km de Forte de Al Hadd e fornece acomodações com um centro de fitness, um salão partilhado e uma cozinha partilhada, para sua conveniência. The owner, Mohammed, was truly welcoming and kind. He dedicated us some of his time and gave us information and advice on Sur, describing the history of this town and the not-to-miss highlights when visiting. The place was clean, the room had plenty of space and was nicely furnished. Even the bed sheets were nice and soft. There was also a huge shared living room where one could talk and make friends with other hosts, as well as a little shared kitchen. We felt safe and happy in this place. 100% would recommend. Thank you Mohammed for your warmth and kindness.

The building of the rooms is quite new. Room inside is clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen on the terrace. The staff Dwhit and the owner are nice and helpful. You can get there by local bus from Azaiba or Ruwi, just tell the driver to drop you off when almost there. There is a coffee shop and a small grocery store near guesthouse so no worry about food. The terrace is a really nice place to enjoy your time.
