Their warmth is a great touch you don't get at most hotels now. They were extremely accommodating holding our bags before we had even checked in. Also, they had hot showers which is difficult to find in Cucso. Highly recommend staying here!!

They made us breakfast and gave us a tour to Cocalmayo Hot Springs and Vertikal Ziplining across the valley. It was epic! Super nice people. I am coming back for sure.

We booked a night and arrived the next morning at 5 (nightbus). They woke up to let us in. the rooms are spacy and very comfortable. The shower is great as is the breakfast. finally also the location is very good.

Breakfast was made with love and care every morning. Hot water for tea was in constant supply. The rooms are so clean and the beds comfortable. The location is up a hill which means the shared seating area has the best view of Cusco and the surrounding hills. If the walk up the hill is too much, the Batman bus runs super frequently all day and costs just 1 soles each way. The area is really quiet at night and feels safe. A few dogs may bark at you but there was no harm in any of the dogs we met in that area. As usual for Cusco, the rooms are not heated but there is an abundance of blankets on the beds and more are available if needed.
