Durand is a very kind person. When we leave too early for the breakfast, she left a to-go box with main items so I can eat on the way. She is also very kind with everything. Place is close to everything and the room/bedroom/bathroom is very BIG and clean. Recommend this yo every one 10/10

I was quite happy with my stay at Luna House. Angela was very helpful, friendly and responsive. She helped book my taxi to and from the airport, provided laundry service, ordered food to the house, and was able to give me a small breakfast to go when I left early for a tour. The room was small but comfortable and clean. And the views were amazing! The location about 10 minutes walk to the square and is high up on a hill - good location if you don't mind walking uphill to get home. It is difficult to get Ubers or taxis to go there as it is located on a very small road. Angela can provide assistance to instructing drivers which makes it easier.

Salome and his son helped us every time we needed info. They were so open and attentive to our needs which were to be heartly appreciated. The room was very simple: a bed, a table, a chair and a bedside table, but very, very clean and big enough. The breakfast was excellent every morning prepared by Salome: tea, coffee, milk, fresh juice, bread, omelette, ham, avocado, jam, butter and fruits. The shower had hot water every time we needed. 10 minutes to the center by foot and 15 or 20 minutes when coming up ( some stairs to be climbed ). A common terrace with a view over the city both during the day and the night. We weren't able to go to Machu Picchu because of the strikes at the end of January 2024, but Salome was so kind and arranged us to visit the Sacred Valley with just a few hours before the 1-day trip; many thanks for this as well.
