Great Customer Service, the owner and his wife were extremely helpful and helped me with every need. Great AC, comfortable beds, laundry service, water heater with great pressure, and scooter rentals. Best value by far!!

Most of all the host and her staff was all so friendly. Janice the host makes you feel very welcome and is very helpful. Also a person to mention is the neighbour Nick, who can help with pretty much everything and is a person who spreads good mood. Pool was nice, perfect temperature and open until 10pm which is pretty rare. Rooms were clean and WiFi was good.

Absolutely loved my stay here, location was amazing as it is right around the corner from the famous sardine run and has so many turtles! There is also lots of bars/ restaurants beside the guesthouse.
The staff were so lovely, gave great recommendations, we also got laundry done and it was very clean/fresh.
This place was very personalised and we absolutely loved our stay here. I highly recommend staying at roos guesthouse if you are coming to moalboal!

Such a nice place, clean and good facilities. Free coffee and tea and small foods. It has the kindest owners and staff. My stay was wonderful. It was like a home far away from home. I had such a great time here and loved the fact that other guest were from the Philippines, it was so nice to meet locals and chat about their lives.

The peace and quietness of the Lodge were great to wake up with every morning and to come back to every night. There is a lot to do in and around Moalboal and this place makes a perfect homebase, also for just lazing and doing nothing. The huts are very clean, the beds are good and nothing beats an outside shower. Simon and Angie are excellent, very helpfull and lovely hosts and their passion for eco Tourism and community building is inspiring. Thank you 🙏🏼

Fantastic location, waking up to blue water outside my window. Aircon, easy going vibe, a beautiful balcony upstairs to enjoy the sunset or coffee. Babe and Adelyn were great hosts. Value for money cannot be beaten on Malapascua. Also, I felt that my belongings and self were safe. Comfy mattress too :) originally booked 3 nights, stayed 7.

This is a simple cute homestay in beautiful surroundings. Location is perfect if you want to explore the south side of the island with all the waterfalls, be close to the town and shore but far from the noise. They have good food and the kitchen has the best view in Moalboal. Right in front is a great place for snorkeling and you can rent the equipment plus scooters there at great value. The staff is too kind, Idona took such good care of us for everything that we needed, we would definitely come again!

The host family is super friendly and nice. Made some small breakfast for us and dropped to the pier because we had heavy suitcases with us. We did late check in and it wasn’t a problem for them. The room is simple but spotless clean and dry. The nice restaurant is next door to the lodge. Property is located next to the bus station and very short walk to the Maya pier.

This is a genuine resort stay with comparable prices to a homestay and an excellent restaurant. There is an outlook over the ocean with Negro's in the distance and a swimming pool in the foreground. The octagonal dining has an open shuttered view and near access to activities such as canyoning and island hopping. Great stay with pleasant staff and very helpful hosts. This place stands out in the crowd. Easy to recommend!

Fabulous little place..if you don't like lifts and only 3 floors up...security guard carries your luggage up steps with a smile..clean..organised..and .close to jolibees....wanna mix with the locals..great for a night or two....recommend...highly.....
