The room was beautifully decorated, felt clean and simple with modern amenities, and super comfortable beds. But the view over the village while sitting on the balcony was definitely the catch. A great place to stay in Ban Rak Thai which afforded a view of the whole village. Stunning at night when all the village lights came on. Huge breakfast delivered to the room in the morning! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

It was my first time visiting Thailand and I had an amazing experience here The room was reasonably priced. It was cozy, clean and had all the basic amenities. The location is just 5 mins walkable distance from the walking street. The property itself is in a quiet, peaceful location with amazing views right off the balcony. The owners (Aui and Ying) are polite, attentive, extremely helpful and quick to respond. I took their help in getting a taxi to and from Chiang Mai and Pai. They can also help in arranging day tours from Pai. Aui was kind enough to bridge the communication between me and the driver on multiple occasions and was also proactive in helping you make plans for your stay. Overall, everything was great and I loved it here. I will definitely be back.

Pimpa House พิมพาเฮาส์ ligger i Ban Hua Nam Mae Sakut og har en have. Pensionatet har gratis wi-fi samt gratis privat parkering. Alle enheder hos pensionatet har en balkon med bjergudsigt. Pimpa is an incredibly kind and generous man and for us he really made the whole stay so special. The rooms and bed linens are kept very clean and cared for. There is a public sitting area and coffee/tea and refrigerator, everything is well cared for and maintained and we had everything that we needed . Our room was lovely, room number seven overlooking the Rice fields in the back. We ended up staying an additional five days after our first five days because we enjoyed the quiet simplicity of the town and staying with Pimpa was such a joy. He let us use his bicycles, provided breakfast every morning and coffee, and helped in so many different ways, not just us but other guests as well. And every day I was able to do physical therapy and exercises in the large swimming pool at the Hot Springs just around the corner. There is a small public village weight room across from the Hot Springs. Local people sold food in the evenings in front of their homes and there was a small fresh food market. I lovely small Thai town . In the three months of traveling in Thailand, this was by far our very favorite place.

This location can be succinctly described as Classy: designed and decorated with taste, giving it a unique combination of comfort and hominess together with subdued yet classy luxuriousness. The location is heart-stoppingly beautiful on the upper slope of a hill overlooking a winding creek, thick rainforest and green agricultural fields - with views going to a far far distance. The hosts personally attended to our every request and took extra steps to pamper us: for example the hostess handed us a pair of binoculars because the view is so amazing and there really are so many layers of interesting things to see. The heavy rainfall kept us indoor but the outdoor covered jacuzzi facing the amazing view was an exceptional experience. There is a world of additional activities which we could not partake in or enjoy - because we were there for only one night and under heavy rainfall - but this is a place worth staying at - and for longer durations.

The house is completely new, super modern, and beautifully furnished. Our room was very clean – and the rooftop offered an absolutely stunning view. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, we can only highly recommend staying here and we truly wish the owners all the best for the future.
