This is the former apartment of a French officer in a historical building with beautiful original 1903 tile floors, high ceilings, and carved stone fireplace. The owners have decorated with high quality furnishings so that the place feels very classy. We were in Room 1 with a private bathroom. Rooms 2-4 shared a bathroom. We all shared the kitchen and living room spaces. Taieb or Ines came by every day to clean rooms or visit with guests. They left fruits and cakes for guests to share, and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots, microwave, electric oven and basic foods (oil, pasta, rice, eggs, spices). We could walk to the Medina and the municipal market easily. Has washing machine; line dry clothes on the balcony. Overall a delightful experience of Tunisian hospitality!

Beautiful room and view of the Mediterranean. I also enjoyed the art and the really special new and vintage art books. Loved taking a dip in the pool in the morning after breakfast and in the afternoon light. Wonderful looking at the boatyard and sea. Friendly, helpful staff. Great room and patio. Beautiful property. Professional staff. The Medina at Sidi Bou Said, which is also a beautiful place, is a few minutes away.

The experience is exceptionally well-rounded and delightful, creating a sense of comfort and pampering. The view and the tranquility were truly wonderful. The breakfast, as always, offered a diverse selection, with a unique touch each day to keep it fresh and appealing. The staff and host were the perfect finishing touch.

Nằm tại vị trí thuận tiện ở La Medina, Tunis, El Patio Courtyard House nằm cách Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum 17 km, Tourbet El Bey 1 phút đi bộ và Dar Hussein Palace 300 m. El Patio is in a fantastic location but still remains quiet and local. The guesthouse is stunning, a calm oasis and feels warm and welcoming. The staff Ahmed and the woman cooking were so kind, really welcoming and helpful and just maintained a lovely energy in the guesthouse. The breakfasts were home cooked and delicious! Sometimes enough to keep me going through lunch! I hope to visit again and will recommend to anyone coming to Tunis.

They took good care of me and provided me with local food, no charge. But also give enough privacy. The location was close to the airport and was in a quite neighberhood. House was clean and modern. Overal fantastic place to stay of you visit Tunisia!!! ❤️
