The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area, just a few streets away from cafés, restaurants and shops, but far enough from the central street so you can truly rest without the noise and music from the party areas. We stayed for three days, and on the second morning we enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace decorated with carpets and traditional furniture to take photos with the hot air balloons at sunrise: an unforgettable experience! The staff was extremely kind and attentive, helping us book our hot air balloon flight and airport transfers. The hotel is lovely, very clean, with comfortable beds. We also used the laundry service, which was great and very convenient. What stood out the most was the excellent service, we felt at home.

One of the best hotel rooms in my whole life. It has a jacuzzi and turkish hamman room. They offer amazing breakfast and Mr.Mehmet is very hospitable guy who runs a unique hotel. Glad we choose Cappanar for our Cappadocia experience. However, I recommend you rent a car during your stay because Nar city is far from other Cappadocian cities.

Nice breakfast with home cooked stuff. Also they upgraded our room for free even though we didn't have such request.

It is closer to where the balloons are flying compared to other properties that are more far away. It is a family owned business and they all treat you as part of the family. They have a very cute dog called Bella. I did not feel like I was living in a hotel, but more like I was at home. These days it was snowing in Cappadocia and they were incredible in making us feel wonderful at the property. We got lucky to fly with the balloons despite the snow and they made sure to book us a really good ballon flight one day before. They kept us updated on the flights status because it was cancelled each day due to snow. It’s 5 mins away from the city center. The breakfast is great. I fully recommend them and their family for your stay in Cappadocia. Thank you again, for making our time truly special!

The room was very clean and comfortable, as well as the bed. All terraces have amazing views and we loved the breakfast! All the folks that work here are very friendly. Overall, 10/10.

Super comfortable, well equipped and close to the center of Avanos. The host was amazing and we had a great time there! Bonus point to the child playground across the street and the amazing view on the Hot Air Balloons in the morning!
