The bed was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was very strong and the TV had many channels. The host was very warm, welcoming, diligent, friendly, and helpful. The place is run by a family. The son helped us carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. The place has no elevator. Our room is huge with all the basic amenities. It's got a great view from the patio. On clear days one can view the sun rise there. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It's about a 10 min drive from the Tai Ping sky ladder. There are no resturants close by, so grab your bento from the Tai Ping old street. Highly recommended.

They have a kitchen or microwave for you. They also have a water dispenser. The view is phenomenal here and you get to hike if you feel like it all the way to the top of the mountain for free. They also have cats and dogs.

The house was absolutely terrific in every aspect. Quiet, clean, big rooms, focus to details, lots of personal details in every room, breakfast and dinner was magnificent in taste and serving, not only tasty but delivery . The family who owns the house and several tea plantations in 3 rd generation were extremely friendly and helpful. Our expectations were exceeded by far and if I could give more than 10 points, I would do. We should have even considered to stay there for a few nights and commute every day to Alishan mountain on the top for 30 minutes.
