This place was everything we expected and more. The grounds were well maintained and very pretty. Lots of nature and wildlife around. It was a beautiful location. The pool was welcomed for a morning swim and a freshen up at the end of each day. The staff were amazing & worked so hard to make sure our stay was everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

He own the houses and his mother make the typical Vietnamise food 3 times a Day. Human make the best local trips, where turist normal don’t come for visit-he tell you so much on the trips and give answers for the questaions we have.. So if you would try to live in a local vietnamise Village, you have to go to this love place. The house don’t have aircon, but it was not a problem, there was a fan for the night.

The house is amazing. Sitting on the deck watching the river was very relaxing. It was a great contrast from Ho Chi Minh City, our previous destination. Bosa was our guide for a day doing floating markets, markets and city. It was great to be with a local host as it didn’t feel touristy. Phoenix’s home cooked meals were amazing - the best food in Vietnam. Definitely a highlight.

The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.
