The hotell is simply perfect. The room is spacious, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful and the location is very convenient to visit Da Nang. If we return to Da Nang, we will definitely stay at Lada's House.

Sena home 4th-Rooftop Overlooking Danang Dragon bridge ligger i Da Nang, 5 minutters gang fra Love Lock Bridge Da Nang og 1,1 km fra Đà Nẵng Museum of Cham Sculpture. I loved my stay here! The entire property is incredibly clean, tasteful and charming - filled with both plants and fish tanks, who the friendly, hospitable owners (Khanh and family) clearly have a passion for taking care of. Great location for arriving from the airport and visiting Dragon Bridge, the night market and surrounding areas, which contain a good mix of both tourist and local sights. The rooftop balcony is super relaxing and I can't understate how amazing the value of this place is. It's a shame I only stayed for 1 night and I would love to return!

Everything is really great with this homestay, I highly recommend!

The Homestay was close by car from the airport. The owner(s) were responsive and accommodating, they literally waited for us to arrive to close the house. The room is tidy, clean and has all the necessities. It was easy to check-in and out.

The location is very convenient and within walking distance: a river with bridges, the sea with a beautiful beach, a local market with fresh produce, a mobile phone service office, an electronics store, fitness clubs, coworking spaces, and countless cafés. There is a school across the street, so at certain times of the day you may see students riding motorbikes, which is completely typical for Vietnam but can be surprising for foreigners. I would especially like to highlight the hosts — young, polite, friendly, genuinely caring about guests’ comfort, and with excellent English. This is an excellent place for solo travelers, remote workers, and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the local atmosphere while still enjoying comfort.
