Breakfast was very good with homemade sourdough bread. Location is also great in the center but the rooms are quiet, which is not easy to find in such a busy city. We were also able to leave our luggage there for one more night (while doing a Halong Bay Cruise) after checking out.

They not only welcomed us on the street and helped us unload our bags from the motorcycle but would not let us carry out bags ourselves... You very rarely see such hospitality these days! Without us asking they put a sturdy lock on our bike🔒 and have us the 🗝️ ❤️ We took advantage of the really competitively priced express laundry service offered at the property. We were supposed to stay for 1 night and ended up spending 4 nights @ this amazingly cozy little gem in the heart of Hanoi! Thank you for everything!
