A block and a half from Hoan Kiem lake and the area the hotel is much much less touristy than staying in the Old Quarter, though it's a 15 minutes walk away. Lots of delicious places to eat around it.

If me and my friends ever go back to Hanoi, we will not hesitate a second to come back! Love this place, value for the money. Suited us perfectly since we are traveling on a budget. He also let us leave our big luggage all day after we had checked out so that we didnt have to carry it around the city. The room was simple but clean and had everything we needed.

The owner is incredibly friendly and went out of her way to meet me upon arrival, even rushing over when I arrived a few hours early. The included breakfast was a lovely perk—just let her know what you'd like and what time, and she’ll make sure it’s ready for you! One small note: don’t forget to turn off the hot water system when done—something a bit new for me. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming spot with a prime location and excellent hospitality.
