We booked 30minutes, before we where at the homestay and it was no problem. The room was clean, very comfy and quiet. The host told us some things about vietnamese rituals and he gave us tips, for our journey to Da Lat. He speaks english very well. We also got some food to try and therw is free, filtered water in the room. It was perfect for us! We really recommend his homestay. ☺️
