It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

Chàm’s Corner Lookout Homestay & Restaurant se află în Tân Hiệp și pune la dispoziție vedere la mare, o grădină, o zonă de plajă privată, o terasă și un bar. Locatie cu vedere la mare, foarte aproape de port. Gazda este foarte primitoare si ti recomanda ce activitati poti face pe insula, mancarea excelenta. Recomand cu incredere!

Acești oameni fac tot posibilul să nu poți posta un review pe booking. Când sunt siguri că înțelegi modul în care vor sa te plaseze in camere prost cotate, fac tot posibilul sa insele. Din fericire, bookings mi-a redat dreptul la reviews cu toate că ei declaraseră anulată cazarea mea. Ciudat, in 15 ani nu am întâlnit așa ceva.
