Loved my stay. The views are stunning. The family are wonderful. The bed was really comfy. Kettle and cooking hobs and fridge/freezer in every room. The walk up is steep but short but the birds are singing. It feels like the real Albania. The mum, YaYa (i don't know how to spell it!) is a wonderful warm woman who welcomes every guest like family. The dad is super friendly too. The shared terrace means everyone congregates together. I hope I'll get back for future stays ón future trips. Thank you 🥰

Had an amazing stay at Mateo, location is superb with the sea view, staff is welcoming and friendly, the rooms are sparkling clean and comfortable, breakfast is great. They provide free umbrella for the guests. Highly recommended for the value and services.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hostel in Himara. The hostel was clean and comfortable, and I stayed in a tent that was fully equipped and cozy. Everything was well-organized and easy to use. The service and atmosphere were excellent – everything was TOP! I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Himara.

Great value for money, the best you can get in Himara. Also a great location, only few minutes walking to the city center and beach. Also you have the opportunity to get a bicycle or rent a car for a better exploration. In the hostel you can find all the information you need for the most attractive destinations near to Himara. The owners are very kind and helpfull for everything.

Rooms have a great view of Spile beach. You can walk down to the beach and walk along all the lovely bars and restaurants, along the pedestrianised promenade. It’s a lovely place. The family are so welcoming and we felt really at home there! We would love to go back!!
