This hostel is beautiful both in regards to the location, the building itself and the rooms/facilities. I had a room to myself with an ensuite and the bathroom was impeccable. Windows in my room facing the mountains and plenty of space for my luggage and snow gear. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm. Breakfast was excellent, lots on offer and a gorgeous little eating area looking out to the mountains. Can’t fault this stay! Reception staff were extremely helpful with bookings, directions and recommendations. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone travelling to interlaken!

Staff were so nice! They were always trying to help our stay better. Room has good view to the mountains. Breakfast was nice. Nice coffee. There were three shower cubicles for 4~5 rooms. But it wasn't crowded.

Good location really near bus & train station, near coop as well. There is a bar restaurant downstair so you can meet local people there and enjoy some drink in the evening. We were upgraded to private room with private shower instead of shared shower so we feel happy with it.

Bed is comfortable. Room is clean. Share toilet and bathroom is always dry and clean and available always vacant. The owner is so nice. They drop us to train station in evening when we check-out..
