Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Honestly the best hostel I've ever been to and I've travelled all around Europe. Great value for money and both Zurich and Schaffhausen are easily reached by train thanks to Winterthur's good connections.

it was my best stay in a hostel so far! great facilities, everything was clean and nicely decorated. i felt safe as a solo travelling girl and would have loved to stay longer than one night.
rather expensive for a hostel but very good value for that! would definitely recommend! very kind staff and lovely service as well

First hostel I've been to that really is as nice, clean and with good quality facilities as it looks in the fotos. And all that at a really reasonable price. It's a 5-10min walk from the train station, where you have trains to Zurich HB every 10mins. If you want to visit Zurich (and surroundings) on a budget, this is a great place to stay.
