The staff is very helpful, friendly, understandable, great, generous and fresh breakfast, great place to be, I believe this is going to be my second home from now on once in Einsiedeln 🥰 I deeply felt in love with the place and I love having real conversations with real people! The people working there are very welcoming and helpful. my suitcase lock got jammed and they went out of their way to help . The room itself was very clean and quiet, the location is just perfect my room had a view of the lake .One of the best hostels I’ve been to . would definitely come again!!

Beautifully decorated hostel in a great location. The rooms have enough space for the number of people who want to stay there. There was a small work area in the kitchen where you could also work on your laptop. All in all, I had a great four days at the Oldtown Otter.

The room was big and comfortable. The hostel had very good facilities, and nice big public space with desk, TV and toys. It was really good for the kids. The area is beautiful and there's plenty of outdoor space for children to run around. Breakfast was great too.
