The house is a beautiful, historic building located on a peaceful street, conveniently near various shops, cafes, and a supermarket. The airport is a mere 25-minute drive away. The location is impeccably maintained. The owners were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and always eager to assist with any needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and remarkably quiet.

love this hostel! chill and nice public area, light and recharge for each bed(soft comfortable bed). bathroom are big also clean. reception sell sim card with reasonable price, all the staff are kind. Really like the background music and whole vibe.

Friendly ,prompt reception, loan of a lock to store my luggage, a terramoto complimentary drink at departure time, map, taxi to the airport ordered for me, conversations with staff, directions to the sculpture park, ability to buy yogourt and a sandwich on site and enjoy complimentary teas and coffee, proximity to museums such as Museo cuidadano Vicuna Mackenna and Museo de Bellas Artes.

By far one of the best hostels I've stayed at in Chile so far. The staff is available around the clock, extremely friendly and helpful. They will help you with any request. There is the possibility of washing laundry. Cleanness is very important. The beds are very large as are the lockers and the washrooms as well. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. It's not far from downtown.
