Highly recommend El Patagonico for anyone visiting Puerto Natales and especially if you are going to Torres del Paine, since it is super close to the bus station. The staff is really helpful and even let us keep our bags for one night while we went to TDP and slept overnight in a camp there. They also helped us rent some hiking equipment. Nice community feeling and good, clean rooms.

Can not recommend this place enough! Perfect if you're planning to trek Torres del Paine, staff were very helpful with directions and renting us good camp gear. Showers are hot, well-equipped kitchen, big open common area with hammocks and a laundry if you need it. Super cool vibe:)

We stayed for a short night after the W Trek, but this hostal is just wonderful. Host is so kind and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and hearty. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and warm. Wish we stayed longer!

Fantastic location in the middle of bus terminal and promenade, just in center of the city with few steps from main streets. Very helpful and supportive staff. All place is nice arranged and you can just feel the climate of Patagonia with all of these wooden walls and spacious space. Really comfortable bed and whole area is superb clean. Thank you Hector and Juan, I will be back :)

We had an excellent stay. The rooms are very clean, good breakfast and close to the city centre. The hosts are very attentive and made sure we had a great stay.

The place is perfectly set up if you are doing the W trek (if you stay there before and after), they held onto our luggage while we were away and we found it waiting in our room when we checked back in. We also appreciated the packed breakfast when we left very early in the morning. The staff were always smiling and super helpful and the hostel was nice and chilled, wish we had a bit more time to hang there.

The hosts were really warm and welcoming to us. The room was cosy and comfy, with good wifi and shower, and luggage storage was no problem when we asked. We were leaving early and missing the included breakfast, so the host kindly offered to box a lunch for us to take away for our trek.
