Very friendly and helpfull staff,the best that I've met in Chile. I love this hostel.It's ecofriendly,sustainable and very cozy with easy-going atmosphere. Beds are comfortable,the kitchen has everything,no shoes policy is great as you feel like in your own living room:)

The owner is very nice, she prepared a breakfast box for us for an early morning start. The room is clean and warm, the pillow is very comfortable. The bus station is 5 minutes, very convenient.

The staff are super nice and friendly! They stored our luggages for free during the 5 days Torres del Paine trekking. When we came back, that's a bit late, they have already put our luggage in our room and let us do the check-in in the next morning. The kitchen was well equipped and good for cooking!

Everything was great. The hosts are taking care about guests and whole hostel which is the cleanest hostel in the world. Any time again in Puerto Natales always at Hostal Baquedano. Highly recommend !

We loved our stay here!!! The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfortable! But we most appreciated how nice José and Claudio were… they gave us lots of information, tipps and we enjoyed very nice chats with them :) They serve the best coffee for breakfast! Also, we could store our luggage for free while doing the W-trek!

This place is a gem!!! It's so cozy! And the bed.... the most comfortable I had for the whole duration of my Patagonian trip! I drove to Torres del Paine to hike the 3 days I was staying there and coming back to my room was always the best feeling after really long days! You can boil water in your room which was also helpful to make coffee in the morning I left before breakfast. They can also prepare a breakfast to go when you leave early for your adventures - this was great since I always left pretty early to get to Torres del Paine. The breakfast is really good and everything is always so cute there. The dogs are also lovely!

Located five blocks from the Main Street the location is good. The staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Just be aware that they have rooms in a block at the back that go up 3 or 4 floors, so if you don’t want to be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs ask for a ground floor room. There is a gated parking area if you have a car. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Patagonia, and started at 6am which was ideal because it meant we could leave early for Torres and be in the park for 8am. We would definitely stay here again.

Inthe morning breakfast was ready on the table, sandwiches, ham, cheese, orange juice, yoghurt, cereals, tea or coffee and a sweet. I really enjoyed having a nice breakfast. The room was very cosy, heat, and hot water. Staff was kind and helpful.

    This is the best hostel to stay. We traveled from NY to Chile in mid Feb. Super clean and well kept. The staff is amazing and friendly, specially Camilia who was helpful and professional. They also keep your luggage during the trekking. 5 min walking distance from a bus station. We will come back for sure. I recommend this hostel 200% out of 100. Book it now!

    - Juan, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful with answering all our questions around the W-Trek - Our double room was very comfortable with a big window to the courtyard - Kitchen is very clean and well maintained - Nice vibe and friendly travellers - Good rental gear - Great location - One of the best hostels we stayed during our trip through Patagonia

    This is one of the nicest hostels I have stayed in. The hosts are incredibly kind, the rooms and common areas are clean and well equipped and its a small cosy hostel with a great location and super helpful and kind people. There are options to hire equipment for trekking, bikes and car hire and they allowed me to store bags and wait there before the ferry. Really great place would recommend

    Great hostel with a lot of people starting the W or O trek in Torres Del Paine, with a 20-30s demographic generally, so a lively place. They offer equipment rentals (for a cheaper price). The location was quite central whilst not too close. The free wifi was good and staff were very friendly. The place is double door locked so safe as well. The bathrooms were as expected for a hostel.
