Gustavo is one of the best hosts I ever had! Great person, helps you on anything and is very nice. The woman that works with him is also very friendly and helpful The wifi worked perfectly, the rooms temperature were really good and shower as well. I recommend for anyone visiting Punta Arenas

Room and beds were comfortable. Good location within walking distance to most things in town. Nicolas was very knowledgeable and friendly - he also runs a local mountain bike touring business, hit him up for recommendations!
