The hotel is quite compact and close to the majority of touristic attractions. Hotel staff is the most humane. We had our infant child, and 4 big luggages, and the hotel staff helped us to deliver all our luggages to the taxi pick up point. It was also heavily raining and they gifted us umbrellas for free.

I didn't mind the lack of a window in the room. There is air conditioning. I had a USB port and a lamp by the bed. Downstairs, next to a personal table and chair, there is also an electrical socket and a lamp. It was clean and tidy, the staff helpful. In the common area: free coffee, water with lemon, next to it there is a microwave, fridge, and a hot water dispenser. The hostel itself is located on the main street, where there is a supermarket with a large sign : Letao Living Supermarket. There is a small sign saying "Bear care" and a small panda bear symbol. At the entrance, take the escalator up one level

I had such a lovely stay here and would definitely go back! The room is modest, but comfortable and the location is great for sightseeing- very close to the metro and walking distance from several attractions. However, the people make it worth going back! All the staff was extremely kind, I’m so grateful for all their help! The hostel also has a lovely common area, which allowed me to meet wonderful people who became exceptional travel buddies - lots of beautiful memories made here!

Excellent location, 24 hour reception, good backpacker vibes, it was easy to make friends and go out to dinner. I don't understand the horrible reviews on hostel world, the place was fine (although it helps if you speak Chinese or have experience in 1 star Chinese hotels)

Comfy bed, social, washing machine, sold drinks and snacks, bathroom was cleaned regularly, lots of common areas. Cheapest place available in Beijing (although still expensive for what it was). A great location near the subway and a small shop was nearby.

Good value for money especially for Beijing. Much cheaper than Peking Youth Hostel and 10 times the atmosphere. Great common area that was busy and met many people, mostly Russians escaping their country. I am amazed that so many reviews complained of having to make and take down their bedding - what a bunch of whiners.
