The single room was very clean. It had a good size and was very comfortable. For a hostel it was superb! It was great that the Hostel was not too far distant from the West Lake. The staff was also very friendly and kind. I would totally recommend this place!

I've had a great experience! The hostel is clean, well organized, not too crowded nor noisy. I've enjoyed very often chatting with the people in the hostel. All the staff consists of friendly and nice people.

Many thanks again to him !!! - Simply the best location you can have in Hangzhou: in the old city, close to the metro and famous shopping street ; but in a very quiet area. - Everything was clean and convenient.

Host was very accommodative. The hostel is located on the fourth floor of the building and the hist was,down till I come to make sure I was not lost. Place was well structured though a but packed. Had a,shower even after the check out since I had a evening flight. All in all I highly recommend this place if you are coming from bullt train to Hangzhou
