Cranky Croc is a wonderful hostel in the historical city center of Bogota! It is a nice place to meet fellow travellers from all over the world. We appreciated not only our stay but also the multiple options of tours you can book at the hostel directly. We did the famous hike to the tallest waterfall in Colombia - La Chorrera and it was just epic! The hostel itself is very home-like with the main room and seats around the table so you can always find someone to talk to and make new friends. Not counting happy friendly staff.

I stayed at this hostel and it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The staff was amazing, always willing to help and make me feel at home. The facilities were clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed to explore. Also, the activities they recommended me to do in the area allowed me to meet other travelers and create unforgettable memories. This hostel definitely changed my perception about accommodations and I can't wait to go back. I totally recommend it!

They have a restaurant in the hostal and you can also cook your own. Laundry is easy. Internet is excellent. Lots of different places to hang out. Some are noisy, some quiet.

Location was perfect very close from main attractions and restaurants…the staff was very kind!!! loved Luca. The room is comfortable, bed also soft and cozy. Shares areas are good, although many people working in remote so you can hear them speak in the phone during the day. In wood-made so you can hear quite a lot the movements and steps in the upper floor but nothing crazy. Bathroom with hot shower.
