What a hostel! Love the remote location, very adventurous to arrive there by motocycle, the view and the place is very peaceful. The staff is so lovely, the 7 bedrooms are very confortable, the food is very good, they have a nice and complete menu and good price compared to other hostels! It's also stay a social place with a bar and music which stops at 10pm a reasonable hour ton then enjoy the beautiful sound of night life in the forest. As a remote worker I can tell the wifi is very performant and the working space is very nice. I would come back to stay longer! 100% recommend this hostel for 3 nights at least to rest, enjoy the waterfall walk and the birdwatching activity. They even have hot showers..

It is a lovely place with lovely people. Everything very comfortable and great views. Saw some amazing sunsets. They offer meals and are delicious.

The view from the property is life changing. If you want the time for yourself or with your close family and friends worry-free, totally away from civilization, yet wifi connected, this is it. Whoever book this property should note that this is not an ordinary type of property: - Access is quite challenging: 1 hour from Minca, (30min of it is on challening dirt road). Zeep ride costed COP160K (in Dec 2023) per car. The bed cost was extremely affordable to compensate it. - Once you made an effort to come up here, you will eat the wonderful home meals "mom" provides, at a reasonable price given the location. A hiking to the waterfall will take 1+ hour one way. I was happy just staying at the property for 3 days doing nothing, like the two dogs, Nala y Leyla. - Due to the remote access, minimum 2 night stay is recommended. Once you stayed here knowing all the above, I don't know who will give less than 10/10!!!

Such a relaxing place to unwind. The food was delicious, the pools were amazing. The free yoga was such a plus!

I would summarize my stay as follows: Minkanta was a place where the hostel had super comfortable double beds and hot showers, which pleasantly surprised me, but that's not where my adventure ended. I stayed on a Saturday, and the bar at night was incredible, with great music, a bonfire, amazing cocktails, and people from all over the world enjoying themselves in one place. The prices are affordable, they had a cocktail happy hour all night long, and not to mention the delicious food. Highly recommended if you want a place to make friends and have a few good shots. This is the place.

Newly built Twin Room with a really nice decoration and comfort. Great kitchen area to cook. One of the best HOT showers in my entire Colombia trip!! Nice views to the river and the jungle. Don't miss the private river access and their sunset view point, it's unreal!! Super nice staff, they helped me with my tours and hikes and gave me a map of the town and surroundings. It's very close to the town but set in nice Nature. I would definitely recommend casa Mango if you visit Minca.

lovely quiet place to stay in Minca, having a huge private balcony was nice to spend time reading and relaxing. view is amazing. great value for money. I did my washing as I had just finished the lost city trek and it was 20,000. breakfast brought to your balcony. highly recommend for your stay in Minca!

Booked 3 nights at Casa Maracuya, ended up staying for 6 nights and I never wanted to leave. This hostel is absolutely perfect for so many reasons. It’s a 5 minute walk to town, but at the hostel you feel like you’re really in the middle of nature. It’s so peaceful, quiet and beautiful, with the river and sunset viewpoint being right there too, an added bonus. It’s got a great kitchen, the rooms and common areas are cleaned daily, and there’s a filtered/drinking water tap. I loved staying here, and will definitely be back!
