Great location, everything is brand new and clean. Fully equipped kitchen which is great. The dorm had AC at night and curtains. The staff are very welcoming and helpful - thank you Ronald, Aron and Marimar!

This was a really nice hostel to stay at, it was really chilled, the rooms and beds were comfortable and the lady and her boyfriend who ran it were really nice. They also had a good kitchen and the outside area was pretty.

The Hostel its in the center, very clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! The staff it’s made by volunteers and for the time that I was there everyone was nice and welcoming! There is hot shower and internet works in the dorm Really recommend!

Great place! Incredibly kind host and volunteers, will go out of their way to help you and generally there's a cozy home-like atmosphere. The place is quite new, so super tidy and neat, with a very well equipped kitchen! Got great recommendations for acitivities and had an overall wonderful stay. Can recommend!!

All staff were incredibly great. Even the chef and bartenders. They were always happy to help. We were very late to book a tour and a shuttle for our next destination and they helped us immediately. We had our tour with Charlie, highly recommended. Ask for him if you get a tour from the hotel! Super funny and friendly Costa Rican tour guide. Also, the happy hour at the bar is great, prices were really good. Highly recommended for those who want to have a fun time in Arenal.
