MexicoFirst off, I did not get his name, but he was so helpful and so so kind when we checked in. He was working September 10th in the late afternoon if that helps.
It was near everything! The bus station that is vital is 2 blocks away. The bank, grocery store Peli, Taco Bell and McDonald's is about 3 more blocks more. So if you don't have a vehicle it's walk able!
The room was nice, bigger then expected, with a comfortable bed, with a fan, TV, and we had a window towards the front which was nice air flow, and the shared bathroom was so nice, very well ventilated and kept clean around the clock.
We didn't have much time to hang out, but it definitely had a lot of nice sitting spaces to relax, do work, or read and chill.

It's a family-run hostel, and the hosts are so welcoming. The place is cutely decorated, very comfortable and conveniently located. What blew me away is the cleanliness though - I think this was the cleanest place I've ever stayed - and I don't mean just hostels. This was cleaner than the high-end hotels I've stayed at.
