Hostels in Lipno nad Vltavou

On our way back from Vienna to Germany, we randomly picked a location to stop for the night, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. We arrived quite late, well past the check-in time, and were initially worried about whether we'd be able to check in. To our relief, the host waited for us and gave us a warm, welcoming reception. His kindness and hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. As for the location, it left us speechless. The night sky was absolutely stunning, filled with stars, and the entire area was incredibly peaceful. Waking up to the breathtaking sunrise in the morning was an unforgettable experience. The location also offers numerous activities for visitors, including scenic cycling routes. And then there was the lake— it had the feel of a beach getaway. The room we stayed in was spotless, providing a cozy atmosphere for a restful night. Though the bathrooms were shared, they were well-maintained, and hot water was readily available for bathing. Breakfast was available on request, which was a nice touch to start the day. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we couldn't have been more satisfied.

The Hostel owner was lovely, she gave us a lot of information. The rooms itself was very nice and had an amazing view of the sunrise over the river. Definitely worth it!

welcoming staff , who let us check in early due to us being on the rafting all day. Beds and rooms were comfy and clean, nice kitchen and central location. will come back next time!

Best hostel I stayed at yet! Great value for money! We got to the hostel and almost cried because it was so nice after a long period of travel. Picturesque and beautiful! Very clean and helpful staff!

Alex the host was very helpful, responded quickly to my queries and a pleasant person. I was upgraded to a single room as there was availability that night. Room and premises are very clean, nice common balcony with view to the river. Went midweek in may for a night. Very good value for money.
