Everything was perfect. This was the best hostel I have ever booked and been. The place located in the city center. Rooms were clean, kitchen and bathroom was good. They have several map you can take a pin where do you come from? When it comes to the stuff, she was extremely kind and affectionate. If I ever find myself in Heidelberg again, I will book this hostel again without a second thought. I highly recommend everyone to visit this gorgeous city and hostel.

First of all thank you Mr.Cedric.You attended us nicely even helped us to lift the luggage to the second floor. Location of the property is very good right in the heart of the city . This property has very spacious rooms . Kitchen is spacious and well equipped.Washrooms too are spacious. Beds are comfortable.This property ,by Tram is one station away from the Mannheim main Train station or otherwise 15 minutes walking. Super Markets like Aldi, lidl,Norma etc.and other local eateries are just at walking distance .

The apartment we booked turned out to be a retail shop. So we never found the accommodation. We tried speaking to the owner, but he was little more than useless. We ended up staying in a hotel instead, despite being charged for the original booking. Avoid at all costs!!! We liked this because the whole thing was farcical.
