The location was perfect. The room had a good size with lockers and own bathroom with warm water. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, incl. free tea/coffe/juice/water. The hostel offers a lot of activities which we booked. The social area inside and outside was nice. You have a lot of space to chill or to play games (cards, table football, pool table, etc). They have their own little restaurant if you're too lazy to go out. I liked the food. It is a nice social hostel without being a party hostel, which I liked. It's located in a quieter area but still very close to the city. Bus station is 10-15 min walking. I extended my stay cause I liked this place. I also canceled one night (free cancelation via booking.com), which was not a problem at all even if we decided it one hour after check-out time. We didn't had to pay extra for this hour. Good service.

I booked 3 nights but ended up staying 6 nights. Johan and his team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It's a few kilometres out of town (only $1.50 by taxi) ; it's nice and quiet, and I spend many hours reading in the hammock on the balcony. There's lots to do in the area and Johan helps you with suggestions and organises what you need. The breakfast was great and kept me going all day.

Only 328 feet from Aguas Termales hot springs and Cascada de la Virgen waterfall, Casa Real features free parking and comfortable rooms with free WiFi. The town’s commercial area is 984 feet away.

Luis is the best host! Super kind and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. I stayed in one of the suites and the suites are beautiful, large and have all the amenities you could ask for. Favorite place i have stayed in Ecuador. I will return.
