Air conditioned, well functioning. It's infront of the beach, you can see the Alicante beach from their balcony, Line 5 tram opposite side of the road, as well as airport bus. So you don't have to walk so far to clean yourself up after a day at the beach. They have a small kitchen and a cosy common room. The beds are very comfortable and has curtain so you get full privacy. I had a great sleep.
