modern clean hostel in town centre near the beach, staff and owner genuinely nice, owner drove to a village in the countryside to give sister her walking sticks she forgot 2 days after we left in another Camino location so customer service is exceptional, above and beyond

Everything was very clean and tidy! The hostel has everything you need at your disposal, even women hygiene products for a non expected moment. I really appreciated the detail. Loved the whole experience since the beginning. The staff was always reachable via WhatsApp which was very reassuring. Definitely a place I know I can star in Bilbao and will surely recommend!

It has a fantastic view on the see, swimming pool and pilgrims food for about 8 EUR (good) plus drinks.Its a bit busy as they also have caravan park but staying in albergue on Camino was comfy. They have a washing machine and a drier.

Clean and simple but everything you needed (I was able to borrow a hairdryer from reception, there is non in the room which is fine for a room in this category). New bathrooms, external shades for the windows, fan. The room might not have been big but it was big enough! Windows very good blocking out noise from outside. Would definitely stay there again! Bring earplugs in case you get a room close to the stairs, as other guests coming home late might not be quiet and the doors are not soundproof. Then you will be fine. The location is perfect, as it's just 2min to the metro and close to shops and restaurants and the harbor. In 25-30mins by metro without needing to change trains you're in Bilbao city centre. There's also a bus going to the Arena beach 1min from the hostel.
