It’s situated in the middle of nature and mountains, with short distances to other places to visit. The super friendly couple who owns it, together with an amazing dog, a black sheep and a chicken, does their best to make you feel like home. After the initial two days I stayed there, I actually decided to stay there for the rest of my time on the island. I will wholeheartedly recommend La Casita if you like nature and peace and quiet. Not to mention the cozy atmosphere around the bonfire in the evenings. I will come back for sure!

I had such an awesome stay at this hostel! The vibe was super warm and welcoming – exactly what you hope for when you’re traveling. I got in touch with new people and it was very calming.

Great location, beautiful region, good value for solo travellers. Need a car, which is a positive because so much scenery to visit.
