The location is very lovely, quiet, out of the touristy places, exactly what we were looking for when driving around the island. Didn’t have a chance to meet the owner, but he did leave very well described instructions and the check in went smooth. The accommodation had a great old house vibe, fitting amazingly to the little village.

Located in Icod de los Vinos, 5 min from Playa de San Marcos, Drago Hostel features free WiFi access, roof terrace and outside smoking area. You will be very warm wellcomed from the staff.

I loved those two nights at this place! Especially meeting Xesco. He is a volunteer there. We need more of those people. Kind, openminded (and english speaking 😬). I really enjoyed the conversations. Xesco even showed me around. That’s what traveling and hostel-life is about - new connections. Thank you!

Clean and well prepared (I arrived late at night and they still prepared the bottle of water for me, started heating in my room and waited for me to give the keys and guide around)

definitely one of the best hostels I ever stayed at. The location of the hostel is perfect right in the city center, the staff is so friendly and they will make sure you have everything you need to have a pleasant stay, there is a rooftop with such an amazing view where you can chill and have a beer or just enjoy a nice meal, so if you ever come to La Laguna don't hesitate this hostel is the best option in town

It was a great experience how the mood of the hostel is. I met many travellers interested in nature and had a great time. The rooms are quite large and have single beds, which is much nicer then the double beds that are there in most of the hostels. It is very easy to go around in public transport and the host is knowledge with helpful insights for the whole island. I already booked my next stay there :)
