Staff were very friendly and created a very sociable environment offering walking tours and bar crawls. And the dormitory was very quiet. When I contacted the number they provide in case of need, they responded immediately being extremely kind. As a female traveller, I felt safe with female only room with bathroom inside. There was no staff in this hostel, but they were available on WhatsApp / quick response at any time.
